Return Policy

    • ALL REFUNDS ARE AT OUR DISCRETION & SUBJECT TO OUR APPROVAL. You must contact us prior to returning items.
    • RECEIPT REQUIRED No refunds will be given without the original receipt (or copy) showing date, payment method, and items purchased.
    • 60 days or less from date purchased (in-store or on our website) 30 days if purchased from marketplace listing (marketplace return policy applies and return MUST be made through the marketplace)
    • Clean, undamaged, and UNOPENED (no writing, torn labels, damaged seals, dirt, stains, or any foreign matter). Item must be in original condition.
    • NO Probiotics. We do not accept returns for probiotic products such as Inner Garden Flora, Colon Aid, and L. Salivarius even if the bottle has not been opened. 
    • NO non-factory sealed items (this includes, but is not limited to, Honey, Karbo Flour, Epic II, Marshmallow powder, Red Pepper, Hydrogen Peroxide, Corta FLX or any item that does not have a factory seal)
    • NO clearance or sale items. All sales are final for these items.
    • NO pre-order items. These items are not eligible for returns, all sales final.
    • NO special orders (these are items we do not stock, but that we have ordered especially for you)
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you chose to ship something back for a return, we suggest that you pack it well and insure it as we cannot give refunds for damaged items (damage includes staining from other items that may have leaked during transit)
    • Orders are sent to the address you provide. We are not responsible for misdelivered packages if the error is in your original entry.  
    • NO special order/pre-order items (these are items we do not keep in our store stock)
    • Refunds are provided by check or a refund to the payment method used for the original purchase. For purchases that were made in person, the credit card must be present or you must provide the card information by phone in order to process the refund. Online purchases will be credited back to your original method of payment (no phone call necessary). If you do not want a refund to your card, the refund will be given by check, less a 10% restocking fee.
