Ordering & Shipping Information

Shipping

NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
 
Although we ship orders as soon as possible, we do not guarantee same day shipping, nor do we guarantee delivery date. All orders take 1-3 business days to process, pack, and ship.  USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 1-3 business days after shipment processing.  UPS Ground typically delivers in 1-5 business days after shipment processing.  Please consider both processing time and carrier time when choosing a delivery service.  Rates shown do not reflect shipping speed. In other words, the more expensive option is not always faster of the two. No orders shipped by UPS can be shipped out on Saturday.
 
We offer shipping by USPS and UPS.  Rates vary based on the destination zip code and the weight of the package.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS.  If you would like your package sent to a P.O. Box, you must choose USPS shipping during checkout. When ordering online, the shipping will be calculated when you checkout.  If you place an order by phone, unless you specify, we will choose the most economical shipping service, and we will give you an estimate of shipping charges.  Orders are sent to the address you provide. We are not responsible for delivery delays, returned packages, or missing packages due to errors within the order address.
 

Returns

    • RECEIPT REQUIRED You are provided a receipt at the time of purchase. No refunds will be given without the original receipt (or copy) showing date, payment method, and items purchased.
    • 90 days or less from date purchased
    • Clean, undamaged, and UNOPENED (NO writing, NO torn labels, NO dirt or other foreign matter, etc.)  Item must be in original condition.
    • NO L-Salivarius. We do no accept returns for L.Salivarius even if it has not been opened. 
    • NO non-factory sealed items (this includes, but is not limited to, Honey, Bee Pollen, Karbo Flour, Epic II, Marshmallow powder, Red Pepper, Hydrogen Peroxide, Corta FLX or any item that does not have a factory seal)
    • NO clearance or sale items (all sales are final for these items)
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Return shipping is your responsibility.  If you chose to ship something back for a return, we suggest that you pack it well and insure it as we cannot give refunds for damaged items.
    • Orders are sent to the address you provide.  We are not responsible for misdelivered packages if the error is in your original entry.  
    • NO special orders (these are items we do not stock, but that we have ordered especially for you)
    • Refunds are provided by check or a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. The credit card must be present or you must provide the card information in order to process the refund. If you do not want a refund to your card, the refund will be given by check, less a 10% restocking fee.
    • ALL REFUNDS ARE AT OUR DISCRETION & SUBJECT TO OUR APPROVAL.  You must contact us prior to any returns.


Backorders & Product Packaging

At this time we do not hold backorders.  While we try to maintain accurate stock levels online, we also operate a physical store.  From time to time an item will show as in stock, when it is not.  However, this does not happen often.  If something in your order is out of stock, we will remove it from your order and issue a refund for the prduct and any additional shipping charges and tax (if applicable).

Our website photos are for illustration purposes only.  Product labels pictured on our website may differ slightly from our current stock.  We try to keep current stock photos, but with many changes in packaging some pictures may not reflect current inventory.  But rest assured, you will receive the product you order.  For example, Nature's Sunshine has recently made changes to the style and appearance of their product labels.  The photos shown on our website may not reflect this newest packaging, but the product description lists the current formulas, amounts, quantities and counts.  So, you will receive the product you order--no substitutes.
